Term & Conditions for Donation

• “Plant a Tree, Plant a Hope” is a plantation project and it will be developing in different parts of Rajasthan. You are requested to understand carefully all the term & conditions before donating Happy Family Green Foundation’s plantation project.


• You have to abide all the decision will be taken by the Happy Family Green Foundation’s management and Government time to time.
• We will do plantation ones in a year only (June or July month).


• “Plant a Tree, Plant a Hope” is fully devoted to State Government of Rajasthan and those trees will plant at government land will be the property of state government and local body.


• We will plant different type of trees in different area like Park/ School/ Collage/ industrial Area/ Institution/ Gram Panchayat/ Forest and Private Land etc.


• We will charge Rs.1008/- per tree once only (nonrefundable).


• All judicial disputes will be the subject of Jaipur Court only.


• We will not be responsible for any natural disaster.


• In “Plant a Tree, Plant a Hope” plantation project anyone can donate; Just you have to fill up form (Online/ Offline) and make a payment of Rs.1008/- per tree by a cross cheque in favours of “Happy Family Green Foundation” or through Gateway.
